The Business Services Human Resources team partners with OVCAS departments and UIC Human Resources to coordinate HR services, programs and policies. This includes staffing, employee and labor relations, policy administration, training and organizational development, employee recognition and more.
OVCAS Human Resources supports departments with Civil Service hiring, performance and discipline; coordinating and tracking authorized employee leaves; maintaining employee records; and ensuring compliance with university-mandated policies, trainings and other activities.
