Business Services provides accounting, payroll, procurement, human resources, and communications support services for OVCAS and its departments. Its financial mission is to serve as responsible stewards of state and university funds and ensure their investment into sustainable, appropriate and gainful projects, services and equipment that enhance the student, faculty, staff and visitor experience.
The department is also dedicated to maximizing the value of the unit’s human capital by recruiting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce that supports the university’s mission.
Business Services also creates and manages OVCAS employee communications and events designed to keep unit staff well-informed and acknowledge their exceptional service to the unit and the university.
