About
Jeffrey Kulik joined UIC in 2003 and joined OVCAS in 2017. As chief financial officer for the unit, he oversees business services, including finance, budget, payroll, human resources, procurement compliance and marketing and communications. He received a bachelor's in accounting and master's in public administration from UIC and an Ed.D. in nonprofit organizational management from Governors State University.
